Technical Business Analyst for Next Best Action (NBA) project responsibilities:
Collect new NBA card requirements across the 16 journey squads for build
Implement the NBA taxonomy to assess how they should be classified
Analyse the dependent data features required for build in Decisioning system (Pega)
If features are ‘absent’ identify the data source and articulate the features to build in HH360
Work to manage the delivery of new NBA cards into the experimentation framework
Run weekly ‘backlog’ grooming sessions on new NBA cards being requested
Maintain a central register of configure and in build content
For each build- create a confluence page for the detailed requirements and maintain business signoff and testing signoff artifacts
SKILLSETS REQUIRED
- Experience in agile
- Experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
- Experience in customer journey mapping
- Data experience a must to understand context
- Duration : 6-12 months
